1. Introduction:

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of all individuals, both children and adults, in training sessions provided by Volleyball Empire in Dubai. By enrolling yourself or your child(ren), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Attendance and Punctuality:

• Attendance: Consistent attendance is encouraged for the best developmental outcomes.

• Punctuality: Participants are expected to arrive no later than 10 minutes before their scheduled session to ensure a prompt start.

 

3. Health and Safety:

• Medical Conditions: Participants must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that could affect their safe participation in the training sessions.

• Injuries: Participation is at the participant's own risk. Volleyball Empire assumes no liability for injuries sustained during training.

 

4. Conduct and Discipline:

• Behavior: Respectful behavior towards coaches, staff, and peers is expected at all times.

• Discipline: Volleyball Empire reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant for disruptive behavior.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations by Volleyball Empire: In the rare event a session is cancelled by us, participants will be offered a makeup session or a proportional refund.

• Cancellations by Participants: Refunds for cancellations initiated by participants are generally not provided, except under exceptional circumstances.

 

6. Use of Image:

By enrolling in our sessions, participants or their legal guardians grant Volleyball Empire permission to use any photographs or videos captured during training for promotional, educational, or operational purposes without further consent.

 

7. Privacy Policy:

We are committed to protecting personal information and will only use information collected during the enrollment process for the administration of training sessions, adhering to applicable data protection laws.

 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Volleyball Empire may update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. The latest version will always be accessible on our website.

 

9. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
