Training Rules & Behavior Policy (Children & Teens)
 

1. Introduction:

This Training Rules & Behavior Policy defines the standards of conduct expected from all children and teenage participants during group training sessions at Volleyball Empire Academy.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure a focused, respectful, and safe training environment that supports learning, development, and enjoyment of volleyball.

This policy applies equally to all participants.

2. Expected Behavior:

Participants are expected to demonstrate the following behavior during training sessions:

2.1 Attention to the Coach
 

When the coach is speaking or explaining drills:
   •    all participants must remain silent;
   •    balls must be on the floor;
   •    no bouncing, throwing, kicking, clapping, or talking is allowed.

Only the coach speaks during explanations.

2.2 Active Participation

Participants are expected to:
   •    follow instructions;
   •    make a genuine effort in all drills;
   •    remain engaged throughout the session.

Questions may be asked after explanations, without interrupting.

2.3 Respect for Others

Participants must:
   •    treat teammates and coaches with respect;
   •    avoid distracting others;
   •    contribute to a positive training atmosphere.

2.4 Readiness to Return After a Pause

After a pause, a participant may return to the court only:
   •    after the minimum pause time has passed; and
   •    when readiness to work is demonstrated through calm behavior, attention, and focus.

3. Health and Safety:

• Medical Conditions: Participants must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that could affect their safe participation in the training sessions.

• Injuries: Participation is at the participant's own risk. Volleyball Empire assumes no liability for injuries sustained during training.

4. Conduct and Discipline:

• Behavior: Respectful behavior towards coaches, staff, and peers is expected at all times.

• Discipline: Participants are required to comply with Volleyball Empire’s Training Rules & Behavior Policy and Attendance & Training Organization Policy, as communicated separately and updated from time to time.

• Volleyball Empire reserves the right to suspend, restrict participation, or remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the training environment, compromises safety, or repeatedly violates academy policies.

5. Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations by Volleyball Empire: In the rare event that a session is cancelled by Volleyball Empire, participants will be offered a makeup session or a proportional adjustment.

• Cancellations by Participants: Refunds are not guaranteed.
  However, Volleyball Empire may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or credit for unused sessions in exceptional circumstances.

6. Use of Image:

By enrolling in our sessions, participants or their legal guardians grant Volleyball Empire permission to use any photographs or videos captured during training for promotional, educational, or operational purposes without further consent.

7. Privacy Policy:

We are committed to protecting personal information and will only use information collected during the enrollment process for the administration of training sessions, adhering to applicable data protection laws.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Volleyball Empire may update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. The latest version will always be accessible on our website.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
